Handgun Fundamentals Class/NRA Basic Pistol

Cost $175 

This is an 8 hour class which is based on the NRA Basic Pistol Class but is enhanced to go deeper into specific topics to prepare you for taking the concealed weapons class and advanced classes if you choose. The class fee covers classroom instruction, lunch, range instruction, range time, targets, eye and ear protection.

This class will cover all of the fundamentals of owning, shooting, and storing a handgun and how handguns and ammunition work. You will learn about proper grip, sight picture, pointing vs aiming, and follow through.  This class will include both classroom and range training.  Students will be required to bring a handgun and 50 rounds of ammunition. Those who wish can take a written test and receive an NRA Basic Pistol Certification.
