North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit Class

Cost $150

This is an 8 hour class with classroom instruction, a written test, and a shooting range qualification. The class fee covers classroom instruction, lunch, range instruction, range time, targets, eye and ear protection.

This class will cover the laws and rules for carrying a weapon in the state of North Carolina. Students will be required to bring their own handgun .380 caliber or larger, a carry holster, and 50 rounds of ammunition for the range qualification. Only those who pass the written test and the shooting qualification will receive a NC Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission Certificate.  This Certificate will then need to be turned into your local NC County Sheriffs office for your permit.
