South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit Class

Cost $150

This is an 8 hour class with 6 hours of classroom instruction, a written test, and 2 hours of shooting range qualification. The class fee covers classroom instruction, lunch, range instruction, range time, targets, eye and ear protection.

This class will cover the laws and rules for carrying a weapon in the state of South Carolina. Students will be required to bring their own handgun .380 caliber or larger, a carry holster, and 50 rounds of ammunition for the range qualification. Only those who pass the test and shooting qualification will be submitted to SLED for a permit.
